The goal of this program is to encourage kids to read books. They receive a list of books to read monthly and their parents are required to sign a form verifying that their child has read the book. They receive a star for each book read. At the end of the program that runs February thru May students who earned the required number of stars will receive a season pass to Delgrosso’s Park or Urban Air. There are also monthly incentives offered during the year such as a Pizza Party and Ice Cream Social. Other activities are bowling and playing basketball with area high school team.
